This user guide will walk you through the process of deleting your account from the indaHash app. Please note that once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed, and you will no longer have access to the app's features. The account deletion process may take up to two weeks to complete.

Step 1: Log in to the app

  1. Launch the indaHash app on your device.

  2. Enter your login credentials (username and password) to log in to your account.

Step 2: Access "My data & account" in the Menu

  1. Once you are logged in, locate the menu icon, usually represented by three horizontal lines or a hamburger icon, found in the top-left corner of the app's interface.

  2. Tap on the menu icon to open the side or drop-down menu.

Step 3: Navigate to "Delete Account" in Settings

  1. In the side or drop-down menu, look for the option labeled "My data & account" and tap on it.

  2. This will open the settings page for your account.

Step 4: Initiate the Account Deletion Process

  1. Within the account settings page, scroll down or navigate to find the option "Delete Account."

  2. Tap on the "Delete Account" option to proceed with the deletion process.

Step 5: Provide a Reason and Submit the Request

  1. After selecting "Delete Account," you will be prompted to provide a reason for deleting your account.

  2. Enter a brief explanation to clarify your reason for deleting your account.

  3. Once you have added the necessary information, review it for accuracy.

  4. After verifying the details, click on the "Delete Account" button to send your account deletion request.

Congratulations! You have successfully initiated the account deletion process for your indaHash app account. Please note that it may take up to two weeks for your account to be permanently deleted. During this period, refrain from logging in or using the app. If you change your mind before the deletion process completes, contact indaHash's customer support for assistance.
